Tensor Talent provides technical interview services, including but not limited to candidate screening, structured interviews, rubric-based evaluations, and hiring decision support for software engineering and machine learning roles.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your hiring requirements
  • Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to share candidate information with us
  • Comply with all applicable employment and privacy laws
  • Use our evaluations as one input in your hiring decision, not as the sole determining factor

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all candidate information, interview details, and client business information. We will not share this information with unauthorized third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks used in our services are the intellectual property of Tensor Talent. Clients receive a limited license to use our deliverables for their internal hiring purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our interview evaluations and recommendations are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tensor Talent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

7. Fair Evaluation

We are committed to providing objective, unbiased evaluations based solely on demonstrated skills and competencies. Our evaluations follow consistent rubrics and standards to ensure fairness for all candidates.

8. Use of AI

We use artificial intelligence tools to assist with certain aspects of our evaluation process. AI is used to enhance consistency and efficiency, but all final evaluations and recommendations are made by human experts. We maintain transparency and auditability in how AI is used.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, we will deliver any completed work and both parties will continue to be bound by confidentiality obligations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms.
